About Appointments
silverlegal offers initial consultations by phone or video conference (Zoom, Skype, Hangouts, etc.). Initial in-person meetings will be offered on a case-by-case basis at a location to be determined. Consultations will be at the attorney's hourly rates except as otherwise agreed upon.
Payments are considered earned upon receipt to reserve attorney time. If the attorney cannot make the appointment and it cannot be rescheduled, the payment will be refunded.
Legal services (with the exception of patent services) are currently only available to Georgia and international clients. Compliance services may be more broadly available. Pricing and service offerings subject to change at any time.
All legal representation is subject to a conflicts check, an engagement letter, and the law firm's sole discretion. Acceptance of a consultation does not start a legal engagement or create attorney-client privilege.
